We meet
Ideally face to face. Ashley wants to understand your business, your culture, your team and exactly what you need. Not just the job title.
Ashley goes to work
She searches her network, job boards and direct outreach to find the right candidates. All the legwork, none of it yours.
You review the shortlist
Ashley presents 3–5 CVs. Only the best of what's out there at that moment. You shortlist who you'd like to meet. That's it.
Interviews arranged
Ashley coordinates everything: interview times, candidate briefing and logistics. You just show up and meet the people.
Offer and done
Ashley manages the offer process, handles any negotiations and makes sure everything lands smoothly. Your new hire starts. You're happy. Job done.

One of Ashley's longest-standing clients came to her when they were a small team of around 10 people with big ambitions and not much time to hire.
