With over 20 years of experience in the industry, this is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted team dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions on a variety of domestic & commercial projects across Sussex.
Please note, we will consider applications from candidates who have previous experience in roofing or solar panel fitting.
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.00
- 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems
- Mount and secure solar panels according to design specifications
- Run cables and mount some electrical components
- Performing maintenance and repairs on the above technologies
- Working as part of a team to deliver the best customer experience possible
- Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions
- Completing work-related documentation accurately
- Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met and followed
- Ad-hoc requirements to support and meet business needs
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or roofing is essential
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving
- Take pride in your work with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service
- Happy to pitch in to help the rest of the team
- Keen to learn & develop new skills
- Trustworthy & reliable
- Awareness of Health & Safety requirements
Personal Profile:
- Physically fit and healthy – this is an active, hands-on role
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Keen to develop a long-term, practical career in renewable energy
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Any relevant experience or qualifications in construction work would be an advantage
