Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries regarding orders
  • Manage and assist customers with their requests
  • Deliver proactive account and project management
  • Generate customer quotes and invoices
  • Build strong relationships with key customers
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy
  • Advise on shipping and freight logistics
  • Track, monitor and improve account performance
  • Create pricing strategies to win business
  • Identify high-value enquiries and follow up with precision
  • Troubleshooting live problems and ensuring on-time part delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
  • Support senior colleagues on strategic projects and ad hoc requests
  • Contribute to the growth and success of consignment stock sales

Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
