Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc RFQs, managing the full process from sourcing and quoting to order processing and invoicing
- Oversee complex aircraft transition projects, tracking a high volume of components for replacement, repair, exchange or loan
- Always managing customers’ expectations
- Provide daily progress updates on active projects
- Manage budgets and produce timely, accurate customer reports timely reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including in-person meetings where possible
- Deliver proactive account and project management
- Track, monitor and improve account performance
- Develop pricing strategies to win business
- Identify and follow up on high-value enquiries with precision
- Troubleshooting live issues and ensuring on-time part delivery
- Support senior colleagues on strategic projects and ad hoc requests
- Occasional opportunities to travel
