Key Client Executive

Pineapple Careers is delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Key Client Executive on behalf of a successful and fast-growing organisation based in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone personable, commercially minded and excited to connect with senior decision-makers in a client-facing role. What You’ll Do:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with C-suite and Director-level professionals
  • Personally invite key decision-makers to attend exclusive, high-value events and forums
  • Create compelling outreach through calls, emails and LinkedIn messaging
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and energy in all delegate interactions
  • Attend events and support onsite delivery as part of a collaborative team
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and event success
  • Keep CRM systems accurately updated with all relevant communication and contact details
  • Attend and assist at onsite events

What You Bring:

  • A competitive, confident and relationship-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A natural ability to build rapport and credibility over the phone and in person
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and engage key stakeholders
  • Experience in sales, client service, or a high-performance role (preferred but not essential)
  • Resilience, a growth mindset and a proactive attitude toward challenges
