Pineapple Careers is delighted to be supporting a fantastic business based in Ashington, West Sussex, in their search for a Marketing Coordinator. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing organisation where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Leaders across the UK, Europe and globally – supporting brand activity, digital campaigns, PR, events and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing content across all social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and more
- Uploading and scheduling content
- Management of influencer gifting
- Overseeing META shops and ensuring product catalogues are accurate and fully shoppable
- Supporting paid campaign activity in partnership with external agencies
- Working closely with the Senior Marketing team on day-to-day delivery
- Supporting the Global and Regional Marketing Directors across a variety of projects
- Managing the marketing inbox and liaising with global sales teams
- Keeping accurate records of marketing requests, budgets and spending
- Coordinating marketing content for global trade shows and sponsored events
- Managing the global stock of branded gifts and goodie bags
- Recording spending across global customers
- Writing descriptions, press releases and brand content
- Liaising with external PR agencies and managing PR data distribution
- Supporting photo and video shoots, including managing the in-house Studio
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing
- Event management experience
- Luxury goods industry experience is desirable
- Working with external agencies
- Experience with Jasper or other AI content tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Salary & Benefits:
- £30,000 - £35,000
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00

- 20 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
